About the role
As (Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d), you will join our talented and ambitious R&D team, directly contributing to our ability to successfully produce Gallium Nitride (GaN) devices.

Accountable to achieve defined project results

Lead, motivate and empower an elite global team of Project Managers, driving their successful delivery

Demonstrate solid cross functional knowledge and relationship building skills across strategy, business development, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, quality, marketing and sales, etc.

Support business development opportunities with program managers
-
Communicate complex ideas and plans effectively and concisely
-
Develop, review and upgrade operational procedures
This is you
-
Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline; project management qualification preferred but not essential
-
Proven track record of leading teams in the successful delivery of high-impact projects within fast-paced technology led environments
-
High level of risk management proficiency

Strong drive with a clear focus on project goals and deliverables and the ability to prioritize
-
Good knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their applications
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and work effectively within cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
