Your responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve CMSO PMO Sustaining processes, methodologies, and standards
    • Ensure compliance with project management governance, guidelines and standards
    • Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential and implement improvements
    • Developing of a training concept for all relevant project roles.
    • Providing or organize external training for new processes and methods to involved organization (internally and externally)
    • Facilitate workshops and process reviews
    • Collaborate closely with different PMO relevant Stakeholders locally and globally

Your qualification

  • Bachelor/Master of Science or Economics or equivalent with relevant process management track records
    • Several years of experience in process management, PMO and project management would be beneficial
    • Knowledge of common project management methodologies (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid)
    • Experience in process modeling e.g. BIC cloud
    • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • High level of initiative and structured way of working
    • Cultural awareness for international stakeholders and teams
